Salon Policies

14th and Grand Salon’s service prices vary and reflect the level of expertise of each stylist. As our stylists are always striving to perfect their craft, these prices are subject to change without notification. The prices listed above begin with our New Talent level.

At 14th and Grand Salon, we want you to be happy with your hair. That’s why we guarantee our work. If, within seven days, you feel your service is not what you requested, 14th and Grand will happily make necessary corrections at no cost to you. Please note that due to the subjective nature of our industry, 14th and Grand Management does not issue cash refunds on services, and reserves the right to decline correction if it appears to be an abuse of our generous guarantee.

Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

We understand that occasionally, an unforeseen circumstance means running late or a schedule change. In the event that you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will do everything within our power to accommodate you. Please understand, this may require you to see a different stylist, and in some cases we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. We have reserved this time for you; however, we would love the opportunity to offer it to another client if you are unable to make it. This means everyone has a better chance of getting the appointment time they need.

La Biosthétique Paris offers a complete range of luxury cosmetics: it comprises hair and scalp care, styling, professional hair colour, skin and body care as well as make-up products. Purely Perfect is a revolutionary nontoxic system specifically formulated for color-treated and damaged hair, and its three products make traditional shampoos, conditioners, and masques obsolete. This line refreshes hair without the use of harsh detergents and will smooth and strengthen while intensifying the vibrancy and brilliance of your color. If you have curly hair, these products will significantly reduce frizz to dramatically enhance curl and wave patterns. In other words, it will allow you to maintain what you love about your hair while eliminating the imperfections. With our specialized departments and no-tipping policy, we provide clients with personalized results and exceptional service in an energetic, creative atmosphere. Each of our stylists has chosen to focus on either haircutting or hair coloring, and then received extensive, specific education in their specialty. In addition, removing the tipping element of the salon experience allows our stylists to partner together with you in a personalized consultation to determine your best look, and then collaborate with each other to create the perfect balance of color and movement to fit your individual style.

Scheduling Options

Our front desk team is standing by to take your call, answer any questions, and schedule your appointment. In addition, we are pleased to offer online scheduling to our established clients. If you are interested in taking advantage of this option, we will be happy to set you up with a username and password on your next visit. Also, find us on Facebook and you can request an appointment time at least four days in advance. In an effort to make remembering your appointment easier, we can schedule convenient confirmation reminders via voicemail, text messaging, and/or email up to two days prior to your scheduled appointment.
